I’m not a specialist in this matter but I think you can use some proxys or tor.

If you are just starting out and you don’t want to setup and configure things (at least in the beginning), you can use Tor Browser.
TheTor Browserlets you use Tor on Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux without needing to install any software. It can run off a USB flash drive, comes with a pre-configured web browser to protect your anonymity, and is self-contained.
This is a good starting point, in my opinion.

In the tor site have a page that test the IP. https://check.torproject.org/

My doubt is, even if using tor or another anonymous proxy, has a way to stay 100% invisible or secure?

If you are using Tor browser I’m pretty sure you are “safe”…

If you are using other methods, or Tor without the browser bundle, read about dns leak on google in order to configure the whole thing correctly.

All depends on your definition of “safe”/“invisible”. There are plenty of mistakes to make whatever you use. :)

Yes, of course, this is why I used the word safe within “ :)

I know that when you use a proxy you don’t connect directly in a host. You connect in the proxy and it make a request to target host.

e.g.

Without proxy:
you=========================>host

With proxy:
you========>proxy============>host

Is there a way on TOR that you can keep the IP address in the United States instead of having it stream for other countries???

No, IP are randomly set, use proxies instead of if you need a exact countrie

I am not a tor expert, but I not find any settings to use only EUA IP, like @Mugiwara27 says the tor use more than one route randomly.

the linux distro “tails” has lots of anonymity tools built in, proxychains and tor are also useful (proxychains does not use SSL i believe) it depends exactly what you are doing though, are you just browsing the web and want to remain hidden ? Are you using other services ? ftp ? ssh ?

Heres a chunk of text from the CISCO page in reference to VLAN leakage (not sure if it’s the same thing as you’re referring to)

“Introduction to Troubleshooting Trunks (3.2.4.3)

A common task of a network administrator is to troubleshoot trunk link formation or links incorrectly behaving as trunk links. Sometimes a switch port may behave like a trunk port even if it is not configured as a trunk port. For example, an access port might accept frames from VLANs different from the VLAN to which it is assigned. This is called VLAN leaking, which is caused by a mismatched native VLAN or misconfigured trunk."
