No like if someone stole money from an online back and I hacked into the bank (or something) to prove it wrong would it be illegal, and what if I had not proved it wrong?

If someone is hacking to stole money or something else,that IS illegal.But if someone is working let’s say in the CSI it would be useful to find the person they need by hacking.So,it is legal to hack when you are helping in a company.That’s what i think.

im sorry but i do need to say the cpn100 can you even hack period? and if you hack a bank you are looking at a severe jail sentence considering you are violating numerous federal laws if you were working for the government than the institution would not need you as the government handles the data along with the forensic investigator that is analyzing the hack you do no hacking to prove a hack is necessary and trust me dont hack a fucking bank take it from experience the forensic end is to catch the hacker

the hacking end is maybe to trap the hacker in a tarpit and try to log all details and try to get ahold of the isp who may call the cyber crime division of the isp etc and than your fucked lol and this will happen quick just dont hack anything and if you have to ask how do i get a warrant you probably should put your pc away before you end up in jail and find out what a warrant is
