Data Collecting Tool.

I’m trying to turn my tablet into a data collecting tool. The idea is connecting to a WiFi Hub or Hotspot and collecting Data from others using the same WiFi or Hotspot as I. I’ve made some attempts with very little progress. I’m looking for ideas, tips, help.

The Tablet Runs Jellbean 4.2.1
