Since this has been deemed “random banter”, I have to ask what is it that makes OS X or the accompaning systems to viewed as “shit”?
Granted, I do own a Mac, however I also run Windows and Linux OS, so my viewpoint is not objective, as they all serve a certain purpose in what I do. Having a bias thought process restricts the amount of knowledge that one gain. Every system that I run has its good points and bad, but I take those and use the strengths that I need from that and vice-versa. If one keeps and open mind and a closed mouth they shall learn more than is necessary.

It’s just that it is not targeted to people like us… It’s really complicated to do anything that was not intended by the devellopers. Have you ever tried to play with the plist files? Or tried to edit the default users? Or play with the printers config? However… It always turn out that I have to open the terminal and access the UNIX layer to do anything serious with these comps… Ahhh bash environment.

It’s the same thing with their phones… I’m a big fan of Android and everytime I have to fix an IPhone I’m always wondering where the options are hidden… But they are not! God damn it.

About the MAC, at least when you open the box, it works. It’s that simple! Don’t need to install millions of drivers and updates or compile the kernel to your needs or reinstall the fin graphics card drivers everytime a new kernel is released… Also, since they control the hardware and the software, these computers are fast and stable. And my god they are so cute! I can’t believe PCs are still shipped in those (sorry again) fin box…

Yet I hate MAC.

I’m glad that every network device have a MAC address :p.
In my windows machine, i have MAC address. Of course as well as in my android cellphone.
