New I.O.S. 8.3 Bug!

Copy & Paste this code and Text it to someone with these conditions.
1. Make sure that the target has an iPhone 4S or Up.
2. The target has to have IOS 8.3 specifically for it to work.
3. You must have there phone # or iCloud to send the code via MMS or iMessage
4. Make sure that they have closed out the Messenger Application.
5. Copy & Paste this code into your messenging app and TXT it to your target.
6. It should have Powered Off and Powered On the iPhone.
7. Once that happens you are successful! Have a nice day!
