Browsers
OK, so i have Google chrome and Firefox installed and I’m glad I did or I wouldn’t have been able to do the levels but has anyone found a browser that is better than using these two?
I’m not saying that it’s better , but it’s sometimes handy :[http://www.getmantra.com/]](http://www.getmantra.com/])
Which OS you are using currently?Choosing browser is not a big deal but choosing browser according to os matter. If you are using Apple’s OS then you have to use safari,in case of chromebook ,google chrome will be better.
Yeah , but FireFox is the ultimate browser !!!
Chrome is also good for some purposes but, while solving levels on HT FireFox is most suitable !!!!;)

I don’t think so @IAmDevil
Correct me if I am wrong but doesn’t Google finance Firefox? And because of Google Chrome being so popular I don’t think that they will do much longer. (I think they just extended their contract but will they do in the future?)
And I’m not sure if Mozilla Firefox can finance them selves if they have to. So Firefox’s time might be over soon.
Doesn’t sound like the ultimate browser to me ;)
But I like Firefox I always had it installed although I prefer Chrome and use it more often. Firefox seemed to become a very slow browser..

I run Kali-Linux as my work orientated OS but mostly Win8 through VM :) I use both Chrome and Firefox but I Would really like one that can do both. I was thinking about writing an open source one but its such a big task.

Well @ColdIV you know chrome has its own issues !!!
Most of the people I’ve known including me have faced crash problems with Chrome !!!
And firefox is not at all slow ! It is the fastest and the fittest browser available today !!! And also with the addon features !!
And now about firefox will not be able to survive in the future !!
I cannot say anything on that it might so happen that may be a company would buy firefox leaving chrome far behind !! One cannot say anything !!!
But anyways I’m a happy firefox user !!! Rest is your call ;)

@IAmDevil I can just tell from my experiences that Chrome is way faster then Firefox. Also I never had Chrome crash on my Computer but Firefox and that not just once. Referring to the features of Firefox, in my opinion here is a lot of bullshit. You don’t need all the features and Chrome got a simple design and is (for me) faster then Firefox. Firefox has the better design (if you don’t like the simple Chrome design) and many features which you don’t really need. Of course there are nice features but some of them are also in Chrome. I don’t think that there is something like THE best browser so this is topic is an endless discussion but for me Chrome is the best choice, although I’ve got both installed I hardly use Firefox because it crashes too often. (both on newest version)
From what I’ve heard Google pays Firefox a lot for having Google search in Firefox. If Google stops paying them - and they might - Then I don’t know if Firefox will find someone else to pay them.
Btw. I watched some videos on Youtube about Browser Speed-checks and Chrome always was better then Firefox.
So I guees it’s not just me ;)
OK !!
You are a Chrome lover whereas , i am a FireFox lover !!!
I don’t think we are getting on a solution here !!!
This debate is like an Infinite Loop !!! :/

Chrome and Firefox are both alright but I would never want to use IE..
Just to download Chrome or Firefox of course.
This is a multi function browser useing Trident, Gecko and WebKit browser engines. 3 browsers in 1.

Testing it right now, it will be nice for making a website because you can test if it works with different browsers without switching.
But I think you have to go through the settings of it before you use it because (for me) there is a lot of stuff which you don’t really need.
Still it looks nice and is fast, I think I will try it.
I found it tedious to start off with, but once you learn the shortcuts it is a usefull thing to have.
