Word passwords

My late beloved was writing a book using Word and for some unknown reason decided to password protect it…and forgot the password. The file is long gone but out of interest I was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to break a Word password. I’m not asking for instruction how, just curious as to how hard it would be. I did Google back then but gave up as it was too much effort at the time. Any ideas?
I should add she spoke English and Spanish and would sometimes use spanish words and numbers in her passwords, or simple words such as tangerine. Yea, “but I like the colour” bless her
