How to Enable God Mode in Windows 10 (VIDEO)

Not sure if this would really be useful as far as hacking goes. But, it is useful as far as computers go. Below is a video on how to enable this mode within Windows 10. Keep in mind, I think all versions of Windows has a God Mode. Starting it is the trick.
