Go down? Why?

Firewall is not sufficient… Your data travel unencrypted in the air. You still have the protection oF SSL on some website but we still know what you do

not true look at this

not to mention you could also put a mac filter in as well as other things like make a fake access point named yours just a little diff and use backtrack to pwn them lol have fun

if you guys want i can put together a tutorial on how to pwn a wifi access point you own and connect it to a modified ddwrt router and pull the same speed as them as well as have a 4 to 5 port hub that is connected via wifi so you can connect anything to it lol via ethernet i also am making a 9 volt solar charger to power the router via a rechargable nimh battery 9 volts it will take a few months as i have to ake a 9 volt power inverter and also a way to make it stop charging as of 9 volts and only charge when it loses power and not overcharge the batt etc

and the point of this is it will charge during the day and when it powers on will automaticly work fuck you could bridge these to connect over a few hundred yards lol

Interesting, but I think you misunderstood the question. @Vectolet27 is looking for a solution to secure his transmission when he access a public (unencrypted) hot spot.

By the way, if you know anything about how to increase dramatically a wifi antenna to catch network on long distance, I think you should create an article on this. I would really like to know how this works… Do you really have to use relays? I was doing a job the other day to fix a microwave antenna and a guys told me about a cheap antenna (around 120$) that can reach 16 km.

Does anyone know anything about this… well maybe I am the one that should create a thread… Let do it –> Follow me.

well you could use a omni directional antennae and connect but allot of these are falsely advertised i have a 26 dbi yagi and it dont do shit i have an xbox that has better fucking wifi i was thinking of using the relay to make it harder to detect you on a network and yes i think i did misunderstand him but you need to extend the range check these jammies out
