There are no ready-made tools to exploit facebook and twitter accounts.
Usually these solutions are bait to conceal trojans.
Be careful!!

Drekzi remember it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to hack facebook,twitter,yahoo,goolge etc.And even if someone could hack them,why would he give the rest of the world his knoweledge how to hack them for free?Think about it.

Getting into Facebook, twitter, yahoo etc is easy the hard bit is trying not to get caught there are far to many hoops to jump through. I did a pro pentest last year for a business and found it easy to get in, however I was logged all over the place and by the time I had cleared one log I had created another…(A bit of a loop). I’m sure with a proper setup and enough research it would be possible to erase your tracks but it will be hard.

yes and that is absolutely true one time i had hit a domain controller and was able to take admin and delete all network logs and shit but i was like wait they have a main router and guess what it was password protected and no i didnt get in they got luck but imagine i almost wiped all my tracks your the first person i have heard say this most that say they deleted all logs like you said are being logged hen they do certain things through cronjobs to servers you may not be able to hit etc
