look on the internet on a torrent site you will get one there :)

When solving problems, dig at the roots instead of just hacking at the leaves.

This software is NOT free of charge, but in the trial version, allows you to perform the recovery of up to 10 passwords WinRAR. I hope this solve your problem!

i have downloaded a tool called “winrar pasword remover V04” but to set up it i need serial number ,so i asked if someone can send it to me or show me a tool that can help to find the winrar passwords

Starting from version 3.0, RAR has been using a strong AES algorithm, which also doesn’t allow any attacks more effective than the brute force … Therefore there are no 100% effective tools for winrar password extraction.
I suggest you to try a free trial version of the recovery tools available on the web or this free tool:
cRARk 3.45
which apparently is one of the most popular on the web :)
