-choose what people can search you and find you in the graph api
-delete all apps who access to your profile
i thing this i come to tell is good to have facebook secure

Besides changing the password to Facebook, you might also want to change your e-mail password. And perhaps not use some arbitrary site to generate your passwords; you have no reason to trust such a site.

change the email linked to your account ( perhaps create a new mail and then use that mail for the account )

in recovery mail add another new email account that only you know .
