There are tons of methods to get IP addresses.
The things you can do with IP addresses are pretty endless, ranging from requesting a webpage through monitoring your home surveillance from your tablet to printing a page on a network printer….
I just finished reading, but I do not really see what we could do with.
I found myself in a situation where I could find the ip address of a friend, and when I tried to locate (it’s the only thing I can do with it) but it was to Redmond US and yet it is my neighbor
Or his ISP is just one of the few smart ones and doesn’t bind his personal data to the IP address.
They use their own info then or the info of the distribution center.
This is the most common practice in the Netherlands, for example.
Only when you have a business package which includes static IP addresses your info will be bound to that IP.
