Hi, This is a full english forum and it seems that you don’t speak english enough to hold a discussion in english. So what I think you should do is looking for other forums/websites/articles/tuto on Internet in your native language which would be more understandable for you. But the english is also very important in IT and you will find way more content in english so I think that you should learn english and when you handle this language sufficiently, come back here or on other english websites.
