keylogging

hello to you both and thx for replying. i want to know which keyloggers are the most efficient and if anyone have had success with any other remote computer. i have tried a keylogger from google and sent a file to 2 people and did not get any results. also that keylogger was registering all my typing and passwords and taking my own pictures, so i dont know what i did wrong…how did it activate on me?? also i rebooted my pc to factory and now i cant access the internet from that pc but i have another pc that i can connect with people
So you are asking us to give you some good keyloggers so you can infect peoples remotely ? lol
Do not except any advice from us that could help you to perform illegals action
Also, in a keylogger, they are two files ;
- The one which you create infected files with it
- The one used to infect peoples
If you don’t receive anything from the infected peoples, that means you didn’t set up the keylogger correctly
You should take a look at how keyloggers works and if you knows about coding, maybe looking at some codes could help you
That do that to you because you opened a infected keylogger… lol
You did not have to factory reset, if you had launched a virus scan, you would probably have found the infected process and you could have deleted it :)
And the second problem, the one that you can’t access internet, we can help you if wanted, just be more specific

First, downloading a keylogger from the web and handing it out as is won’t work.
I guess you’ve got the other issue because you installed the keylogger on your own system and you messed it up… and for the records it wasn’t necessary to “factory reset”.
My suggestion for you is to make a lot of research online and try to understand better what you are trying to accomplish, unfortunately you don’t have the necessary knowledge as of now. Also make sure you are not doing anything illegal.
well thanx for the information. i did not reset my pc because of the keylogger, i resetted it becoz my internet stopped working and it said the server is connected but not responding or something like that, now it didnt fix the problem i get a message saying that one or more protocols are missing on this computer by they internet troubleshooter. i followed the steps on youtube and i did not get any results. well i thought this was a hacking forum, but according to you guys, this is an ethical hacking forum
To reset everything is not the solution the solution of all problems
If you want to be good at hacking ( or at least what you want to know ), you should be interested in how things works and from where your problem came from so you can resolve it efficiently, instead of what you’ve done :)
Aren’t you on a Windows 10 system ? It seems many have this problem
That problem is supposed to be a mismatch between the router’s settings and windows default network settings
Have you done some research ? ;)

If you have too many problems with Windows, uninstall it and go for a Linux distro !

wow dloser, ur going too far. who are you calling stupid? im not just a proffesional doesnt mean i am stupid. also, i follwed advice and looked for info and also followed all the steps. i dont see where the stupidity is in that. if u are so smart, give me a solution to the protocol error. lets see how stupid or not stupid you are!
I didn’t call anyone stupid, technically. It was Mugiwara27 who said you are at least a bit stupid. points at Mugiwara27 and runs away
What I was referring to is the installation of some random keylogger on your own system and suddenly having all kinds of problems. At the very least not a very smart move.
Thinking someone is only smart if they can solve your vague “protocol error” problem, now that is kind of stupid…
well i never said you are smart if u can only solve my protocol problem, but if u have the skills to fix it it means you are not that stupid. and i had the dns and protocol problems before the keylogger, so i dont think the keylogger has or had anything to do with it. you can call me a noob, but i can read and follow instructions, so it means i can learn. stupid people refuse to learn, not me

okay maybe it is me and my poor english, but it seems he is calling stupid himself

@1337boy**: Implications only go one way. “If A, then B” does not mean “if B, then A” (or “if not A, then not B”). However, it does mean that “if not B, then not A”.
With that in mind, let’s look at the following:
if u are so smart, give me a solution to the protocol error. lets see how stupid or not stupid you are!
So also: if not “give me a solution to the protocol error”, then not “u are so smart”. Sounds to me like someone did call me stupid if I couldn’t solve his problem. Hmmm….

well,
if you have skillz to fix that, you are not stupid
so if we have that “ if a then b AND if not a then not b ”:
if you don’t have the skillz you are not ( not stupid ) == if you don’t have the skillz you are stupid
he can’t fix the problem, this means he doesn’t have the skills required
so since he doesn’t have the skills he is saying he is stupid.
hey, crypt 7 told me to “apply logic above all else” :D

Which you don’t. Or at least, I never gave it to you. checks safe
No, @Mugiwara27**! I did not say that!
I’m thinking it constantly, but I didn’t say it.

I tried to help you
Reseting everything is a little bit not that smart
You should take a look on google about your problem, you’ll find what you need :)

well i never rejected your help, and i did say that i did everything that was available to me, or at least, most of it. but other people should also post some answers if they have some solutions or if they have better solutions. by the way, is this a grey, black or white hat forum? apparently people were not very happy from hearing about keylogging
if u consider me stupid becoz i cant fix my own problem then we are all stupid here because none of u can fix it either
I’m not saying you are stupid, but given that you have better access to the problem than we have, it would make you more stupid if you can’t solve it than it would make us stupid if we can’t, wouldn’t it?
Also, the reason nobody is posting solutions is probably (partly) because there is no way in hell to know what is going on from the very limited amount of information you have given us.
If you want to know what kind of site this is, perhaps you could read the Terms of Use, Code of Conduct or at the very least the Disclaimer.
dloser said everything
Since we don’t know everything you know about your problem, it sounds stupid to try helping you
Could you be more specific ? :)

well ok i will read more about this site. if people want details they have to send information, all i can say is that i did a lot of scans and posted it in a familiar forum and they couldnt fix my problem either, even with details from my pc! but meanwhile, i will try looking for other solutions….apparently there is no brand representative where i live, which is just fucked up! i still have warranty for more than a year. some people give some wrong feedback and it fucks up ur pc in the end, i deleted one or more updates from my adapter and now its gone, thx god i did a restore point, i hope i can restore a couple of files if i ever need them again
I understand that the whole “ask intelligent questions” thing is very important (it is repeated on pretty much every forum on any topic) but I think sometimes people immediately jump to saying this as a response, even if it isn’t warranted.
Or to put it another way, perhaps the mistake was not the asker’s.
When someone asks for advice on a software (or product of any kind, really) from people who have used it, that does not necessarily mean they didn’t do research themselves.
Reading about a product’s specifications and how it works is not the same as using a product, or at least getting the opinion of someone who has. Sure, they could look up reviews, but logically, what is ore efficient: looking for reviews by individuals online and reading a bunch of them, or asking in a forum dedicated to IT and getting short summaries from a bunch of people (many of whom have a lot of experience in that area)?
So yeah, asking intelligent questions is super important, as is properly reading questions that are asked before immediately assuming that the asker messed up in some way.
@R4kk00n the best is to get short summaries from a bunch of people
But there is a limit on this forum, this limit is our rules !
If they were no rules, I would explain everything I know about keyloggers :p

Normally I would agree with you @R4kk00n but in this case the discussion was not really constructive. It showed a big lack of knowledge on the field and little interest on the question itself.
So, yes, I agree with you thoughts 100% but I think that this was not the case.
There are loads of videos on making keyloggers I’ve written one in python a while back. it’s only a few lines to put a hook on a keyboard then python2exe and if you want to a bit sneakier stick in a packer.
I’m sure you could introduce more features such as screenshots etc without too much work.
(Basically if I was gonna use one, I’d write it myself)
I have been doing some research on key loggers, and am confused/curious about a couple of things.
Numerous sites say that it is better to code key loggers (and malware in general) in c or assembly, and doing so gives you a higher likelihood of them being undetected by AVs.
A couple of sites said that compiling python key loggers or other malware into exes will make them mostly undetectable.
I don’t have any real background in this, so I am not sure which information is accurate.
Are python key loggers and crypters a viable option?
Whatever the code is writing with, you can crypt it knowing how crypters works
You can do ( almost ) everything with a code ! :p
Any other specifics questions ?

As Mugiwara27 says.. knowing how crypter’s work will benefit you in making the file undetectable but it can boil down to the signature that file produces (I am aware that most also do algorithm’s in order to identify potential threats) but most use a signature based list. Which identify’s the file by a check-sum/hash.
