Please … I have trouble with Kali linux whose installation was on Vmware 11. I was able to recognize my network card on that, but the problem is I can not find the Wi-Fi networks, it says “wlan0 not connected” and yet on windows I see a wireless network list among which I am currently connected to any of them. Why I do not see any wifi network list on kali linux ????

I finished all installation , but now i would like to try the mothod here (hack wpa2 password ) on tone of the topic .
But , when i tried , it like that “ wlan0 not connected ” wlan 1 not connected “ , i failed to understand because on windows i'am connected to one of wifi , and i can see many wifi on windows . And in iceweacel i can go to internet .
But why can I not see profile name wifi ???

If you try view networks wifi in vm it not work because the virtual system doesn’t access your network hardware, just get connection to internet in “virtual hardware”, if you want view the networks wireless in your virtual system use a wifi usb driver or something like it, this is the only method I know to do this.
