Doing the exact same thing as you done with Kali Linux
First, why did you erase your Windows for Kali Linux? You though you’ll be better on a Gnome environment ?
What Windows version do you want to go back to ?

sigh
Seriously, if you don’t know, don’t do it
If you had documented yourself a little bit more, you’ll know that what you done is installing an OS and delete the old one with all datas
Now, about switching back to Windows 8/10, it’s possible, yes :)
Search the img or iso of Windows 8 / 10 ( choose one )
I assume you’ll have to write it on some usb disk and then boot it on your PC

Because I haven’t booted any Windows 8/10 on any PC, I don’t know how exactly it works
But I’m 100% sure, by searching on google “install windows 10 boot”, you’ll find everything you need

Next time you’ll want to test some OS, try Virtual Machines or old computers, that’s a better idea !

Good luck switching back to Windows !

if it is also your first time with linux kali is already more than you need
stick with debian or ubuntu on virtual machine or on a boottable usb first
