Its good to be back! :D
Maybe you could try it out in VMWare first, but if you intend to actually use it, go for dual boot…

I have my main PC running windows and a net book running (Kali/backtrack) Linux, i have OCD when it comes to computers, specifically software/OS/VMware. I want every electron of resource dedicated to one OS, therefore I’m a dual boot kind of guy (not that my main PC would have any trouble running 2 instances of OS).

I actually tried to abandon Windows altogether a few years ago, turns out it’s not that easy. Now I’ve got Linux Mint running on my workhorse laptop and my portable ultrabook, with Windows 7 on my old HP laptop that I only use in extreme cases where I can’t get/find any Linux support… Or for pro-tools.
Definition of irony: I pirated a copy of my digital ethics textbook.
i prefer linux as a dual or triple boot but lots of times im over 400 gigs and need space so iopt for kali or what have you on a thumb drive or a live dvd most of the time
i bake therefore im fried!!
Go linux only :), i only install windows when i want to play W.O.T, when i get bored i remove it :)

never liked programming with V.S, even though i do many stuff with c#, asp.net,VB …..
did not like c++ at all, i know it has alot of power, but data types and casting are just gay.
that was one of the main things that got me to PHP.
all simple and can do anythng with it, even though its not compiled, i just do an exe that runs the scripts in cli :P
