The good host means to me:
-no advertising
-don’t bother me, to buy premium
-more storage space than 2 gigabyte
-easy to manage your settings
-99.9% sure it is available online your hosting

If these conditions are met, then (for example) it is suitable to host your own Web pages.
I don’t know what else do you expect for free…

Well, I do know that www.000webhost.com is broken. Meaning that there is a sql vulnerability that they claim on their website, are aware of and did suffer a large attack that aquired every customers username, email, password, etc. So, I don’t use that hoster. I use GoDaddy for mine. You can also use www.one.com, which is not bad. I think that their free, but if not, it’s VERY cheap. Though, Godaddy is also only but a few dollars for a domain and hosting, which isn’t a bad deal. You can see my website (hosted at Godaddy) here-> https://www.blackvikingpro.com/

Also, I have SSL in there, which is oober expensive :P, though it really depends what your using the site for.

why don’t you just host it on youre own network with apache and use httpd for the php. to change the ip use something as noip and open up youre ports if you want ot access it out of youre network. it’s really simple!

Used to be lexostras…. but i got tierd of my name so now it’s worst…..
