Parsing page and getting DB

Hello guys!
I really need your help with the task below to get joboffer. It is required to download DB from http://95.211.128.161/deep_web/inmates/ and manipulate with it (construct ERD, db schema, save change history and etc) I am stcuk with DB downloading since i know IP and form methos is post)) Nothing more. I have tried sql injections but no success. Thinking about site scanning or getting access to DB or server itself but has no knowledge and expirience. Please give some hint, advise, link or something usefull to get this task done. I belive the only way to get data is to get access to DB isn’t it?
Any help is appreciated!!!!
