Nope, its the LAMPSec6 on root-me.org
I have no idea other than that pdf on how to bypass that login screen :p

Well, you probably just need to run the script simply by browsing to the newly uploaded file in your web browser.
A php reverse shell don’t work alone.
The hardest is to know WHERE the file is uploaded (generaly in a “upload/” folder")

Are you sure you need a reverse shell? If you can’t figure out why it isn’t working, I’m not entirely sure you should be playing these challenges.

Also, I’m not in favour of spoiling challenges of other sites here.

Noooo, Its fun. I clicked my .php file in the /file/ folder and it didn’t execute. I was just asking if anyone had ever done this before. I didn’t mean to spoil anything, I just didn’t know why it wasn’t working. Ill go ahead and take down the thread
