Yo, here is some stuff you could try:
Run cmd as Administrator
```
Unblock-File -Path C:\Users\samuel\Desktop\thc-hydra-windows\hydra.exe
cd C:\Users\samuel\Desktop\thc-hydra-windows
.\hydra.exe

- OR -

Unblock-File -Path C:\Users\samuel\Desktop\thc-hydra-windows\hydra.exe
cd C:\Users\samuel\Desktop\thc-hydra-windows
runas /showtrustlevels
runas /user:samuel /trustlevel:[highest trust level you could find, so the hex value] .\hydra.exe
```

Good, because PowerShell knows ‘ls’, ‘cat ’ and some other Unix-like commands. :)

Ikr! But I have Cygwin so the cmd becomes almost the exact same as a Unix terminal. :P
