Ports forwarding

Hello,
Is there a way to forward ports of a blocked modem ?
I live in France, I have a Sfr modem (by Numericable).
I want open a TCP/UDP ports for a software.
Thanks,

PS: I want on 192.168.0.1 and I forwarded ports.

Hello yecine,

Your modem is not blocked as you may think :)
You just need to open port ; http://192.168.0.1/reseau-pa5-declenchementdeports.html
Then, check if your firewall accepts this ports to be opened on your machine or not !

I went to SFR Shop and I asked them. They said that the modem is blocked.
