You are entitled to your opinions. But let me ask you this: what site would knowingly host the kind of vulnerabilities that would allow some random noobs to compromise their server and then allow anyone to try them out?
The levels here are simplified and targeted for people, who aren’t experienced in vulnerability assessment or - if you prefer - hacking. If you are referring to the main levels, when you say that hacking is much more complex, then you are absolutely correct. On the other hand, sometimes exploitation really is that simple. However finding the vulnerabilities is usually the complex part, especially when talking about web application hacking. I think that on this site, the basic+ level x is closest to it. You can get lucky, but sometimes finding exploitable vulnerabilities takes great effort.
