some help with vnc4server please

Hello !

i recently installed vnc4server on my debian server, i installed gnome but it doesn’t work very well
First, i can’t display any desktop in vnc session. Saddly, I haven’t any screen to test.
Second, I can’t launch the teamspeak client.

If someone can help me, it wil be cool.
