I’ve just finished a site using PHPmyadmin works a treat …..give it a go

I used Wamp as an all in one package and found it really easy to use as there’s loads of support online.

If you dont find the help you need on this site, please use our best friend thekinghack, GOOGLE :)
i’ve never configured anything else than an IRC site and that was kindda boring, but if you really want a nice chat site i believe google is your best way of getting there.
