I am a hacker who would like to know any suggestions or tools or programs to use for ethical hacking, I am good at learning code and like to challenge myself but don’t know any programs or applications to help me

What I personally like to do is the following:

Pick a topic that I don’t know much about (that I discover through having learned about other things, or discover through the challenges here, etc).
Learn about aforementioned topic.
Discover the tools associated with the manipulation or interaction with said topic (usually I start searching within the library of Kali Linux tools. Then I expand outside of the OS to see if there are any other unique tools).
