If you’re on Windows you can delete the folder system32, on Linux /usr/bin and on Mac /System.
If you don’t want to try those solutions, you can also finish the level by yourself…

Well, actually it was a joke, don’t delete system32. The only way to access the solution section of a level is to solve the level.
