Hey, I read that you could get files off of some computer, a server. How do you access someone’s or a companies server? And no, I don’t plan on doing this, I was just wondering.

you can go to the supermarket and buy some.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to transfer files from a computer onto a server which stores the files. One could somehow get the FTP details to connect to the server which has the stored files.
