Hello everyone ! I am new here and I have a problem with my email adress, I didn’t really know where I should post the problem. So I did it here.
So here is the explanation :
- Since I’m new, I have to verify my email adress. But I am not receiving any verefication email. I checked the adress again & again; and I sent the verification email many times. but it doesn’t work. Even when I try to login; my adress is rejected So I use the username. Is it because I am using protonmail ?
And also I noticed that every time I try to send a verification email;those 2 messages are shown “ SMTP Error: Could not authenticate. ” and also “ Verification email sent ”
Any help ? Did that happen to any of you before ?
