Hey guys , do you have any clue or software to locate an cell phone by using a phone call.
I need the adresse of a guy who thief 3k dollar to one of my friend . I need to make a complain but
I don’t trust french police , I want to provide an addresse with my complaint.

Any help ?

why not just give the cops the number to trace?
I once met a guy,
