Thoughts on WAR driving find

So! I was out and about earlier playing around and I came across this;
F0:9F:C2:77:2D:C6 -22 299 27 0 1 54e. WPA2 CCMP PSK TMC
F2:9F:C2:77:2D:C6 -22 294 0 0 1 54e. WPA2 CCMP PSK TMC_Guest

F0:9F:C2:77:22:E8 -57 508 218 0 6 54e. WPA2 CCMP PSK TMC
F2:9F:C2:77:22:E8 -60 487 0 0 6 54e. WPA2 CCMP PSK TMC_Guest
I am pretty much at a loss as to what to think. I believe i am looking at two different pieces of hardware. I dont know what questions to ask about this. So any thoughts would be helpful

They are two different access points to the same network(s). If you want your network to be available over a large area, you’ll need multiple APs with the same configuration. They should overlap in coverage and, as you can see, you are much closer to the first one than to the second one. This way moving devices can easily change the AP they use without applications/users noticing.
