after that post is read, you can inspect element and edit the search box at the top right of the page. >> You have to edit 3 things in the search form

Or you can write your own HTML file.. I’d prefer that because it might help those guys to learn HTML. They obviously don’t know anything about it when they are posting it in the forum.

well I don’t know anything about html formatting, all I know is forms, I personally don’t really care about the head and the body and stuff like that. I, as a partial skiddie, only care about forms and hidden files. A hacker doesn’t really have to learn all of html anyways, just the basic forms and stuff. Also, I think it would be nice to have some PHP based levels

HTML really isn’t that hard so you could learn the basic in a few hours. And I guess you wouldn’t need more as long as you don’t plan to make a website. It still might be nice to understand what you see when looking at the source code of a site.
But yea.. you don’t have to learn it of course.

i think i learnt the basics of html about 4 years ago for a school project i built a website with that instead of dreamweaver

dreamweaver uses html, you can edit html right in dreamweaver, so they are basically the same thing. Except you could get a preview of your page easier in dreamweaver

If you do it without dreamweaver that means that you really understand what you are doing.
Because in dreamweaver it’s quite easy to make a website but if you done it once in a editor then you probably understood what you’ve done.

I never used it because I didn’t like it..
For HTML notepad++ is perfect.

yeah I guess, I just like it better in dreamweaver because I wouldn’t have to code a lot of the things I understand over and over again, I also use it to position and resize images, which is pretty hard to do just using html.

Somethings might be easier with it yes, that’s what it is for but still if you don’t understand HTML yet, I would always recommend using an editor.

Okay yeah, the conclusion is: Use an html editor if you are just starting and doing basic things, use dreamweaver if you know html well

Well I guess if you are really good then you would use an simple Editor again. Just because you don’t need dreamweaver..
But everyone has his own mind so I guess I might be one of a few who thinks this way..
