What do you mean by your mouse and keyboard no longer “meet” your laptop? Like they don’t get recognized? If so, just use the internal keyboard? Is your laptop able to connect to the internet with an ethernet cable directly from the router?

What have you attempted to fix the issue so far? Have you tried running antimalware and antivirus software? If so, what were the results? Have you tried running it in safe mode, and seeing if the problem persists?

Without any details, there’ll be no way we can help. Though, if you need quick assistance I suggest you go to a specialized computer assistance forum.

i use laptop ! ive already tried all u said but nothing ! i hear about sofware OLP which could help me but i dont know how !! are some good sofware which could help me ? bcz the virus destroy my laptop little by little !

What operating system are you using ? Check if the keyboard is working in the bios , try doing a system repair/ recovery .If there is any workable state with an external keyboard and mouse try a registry clean, reinstall drivers of the effected hardware, make sure all antivirus software is up to date before scanning ,if all else fails , re-install your operating system .

i use a win7 32 ! i think i go to reinstall system and i will see the result !

Format the C drive and remove windows for good and then install Linux and if you want to use windows app on Linux use wine.
