Ranks
A rank system I think might be a nice touch to the user profile page? I think the best way to rank up would be based on your points. Also I think they should be more like starter, rather than n00b just to be more friendly.
I know it’d be more of a cosmetic/wank factor more than anything, but I think it’d be something cool to add.
Any opinions?
Well, Looking at this from more than 1 perspictive …
If its points your going for … this would be great.
If you think a rank can earn you “Respect” this would be great.
Other than that …. what is the point of it.
I know it could bring few more “Starters” here … Which is good for the site rank in total, but bad for contents of it.
Besides, I do not know why people get mad when called noobs!
each and every one of the members and in the whole world is noob.
in most aspects of knowledge and life.
we only know very little to be anything but noobs.
also note that all was a noob in his “Kingdom of what he masters” at some point in his life … and looking at the ages of the memebers here … most of them has been noobs for most of thair life!
after all, its an idea, and everyone has the right to share his ideas … otherwise we will always be noobs.
I Hate Signatures.
Sorry if that sounded stupid.
All your karamas are belong to us.

I agree with @SFisher . Whatever we suggest, how hard it is, make it hack-able. The honor goes to someone who (can) break the rules.
Well the other thing I’d like to have added would be a hackable medal section. So like Gold, Silver, Bronze, Green, Hackable (which should be a Blue because blue is awesome).
Also the reason I went with the whole less discriminatory thing is because then it doesn’t give people that stuck up thing like “ahaha your a n00b” thing. If that makes sense.
And the ranks give people a score goal to achieve.
IMO, colors of the medals should be still like this (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Green). If there is another section, that is exactly like a website has an annoucement on homepage “Hey, we are hackable. Please hack us!”.
