his mobile and tablet are protected so I cant access his pms on twitter fb and i cant even see his snapchat instagram etc.i was going to buy spy software but useless as I can not unlock his devices to install the spyware

Maybe you should try to send him a trojan by email (try some porn adverts in the email to maximize your chances :)

Doesnt use the main email address for any of those social media accounts so no idea what email addresses are attached to those accounts

Besides this being illegal, the “fact” that you suspect them of cheating and are willing to break their trust this way suggest you might need to get some therapy together.
