Good Book?
i would not recommend any books, many websites offer better example tutorials, besides, some may even contain users questions/examples… will be better than a book.
try starting with w3schools.org or do some google search.
P.S: this is what ‘I’ think is better
I Hate Signatures.
Give Codecademy a chance. And this is the official HTML5 documentation (It is full of stuff but not so easy to read).
I recommend going through Codeacademy tutorials since it can be completed fast and then try w3schools for a more complete documentation.
Thanks

@Agent9012: You mean someone has already known JavaScript, right? Yeah, me and some guys in this forum.
I would generally recommend using online videos for learning as it provides some sort of visual context with many different people explaining the same thing from different points of view. However if you are looking for a good book to read i would recommend this.

You guys should know another point of view about W3Schools.
Any recommendation? Yeah, I have a ton if you really want to learn something:
[] Mozilla Developer Network
[] SitePoint
[] HTML Dog
[] Codecademy
Well it might not be 100% up-to-date with the latest HTML5 standard, but it provides a fairly stable knowledge base.

@tojik_bacha: Read my post in page 2. I believe there will be enough books for you to learn until next year. How about closing this thread? :p
