Hey guys just had a silly doubt in my mind. So does the “Online users” feature monitor the activity of the user? I mean when i posted in the forum it brought me to the first place, but after some time i was dropped down! Anyone has any information regarding this?

HackThis!! logs users' activities to its database like another forums do. I assume that Online [x] and Last seen are using the same data from users_activities (or whataver its name) table.

To add to this; the list is regenerated every 1 minute with the users who have been active (has page open) in the last 5 minutes. The list is ordered by the last active according the when the list was generated.

Yes there is a table in the database called users_activity , and a column in it called last_active , and the list prints the list according to the last_active :p so yes he was correct :)

You can find all the tables/columns in github :p in folder called sql and the file is called schema.sql
