I have the audio file but I don’t understands the pattern inside it. Can anyone drop some hints in here.

It’s difficult to answer your request without spoiling anyone… You need to analyze/recognize this particular kind of pattern to be able to go further. Don’t overthink it. Think simple.

That’s quite the spoiler. Maybe try TrailOfBits’s guide for CTFing. The forensic section might come in handy here. Although, the whole guide is a wonderful read. :)
