Ok so I went in to the mayan numbering system got the numbers the only thing thats throwing me off are those two stupid specail characters what do I do for those?

Why would you the meaning specifically ? You have to figure out what make sense in that case.

You found something, which might be true : the numbering system. If you think this is the right track then keep to think in the same logic till you find something.

I googled images of the mayan numbering system, if you look closely at the special characters some of them might resemble
