I’ve clicked ‘Verify Email’ a lot of times and never get an email.
I thought maybe it was another ‘level’ and required a hack but that appears not to be the case.
Any idea?

You just have to verify your email by going to your email id and clicking the link which Hackthis sent ya! its no level. lol :)

Hackthis doesn’t seem to be sending an email.
I have a paid for email server and it definitely is not getting lost at my end.
I’ve clicked to verify dozens of times.

Hmm… maybe you should report it to flabby then! Not sure whats the problem here!
EDIT: Put another email on your account and try it again.

No…Its just for verifying that the email id you gave while making your id on HackThis is yours only . You won’t get a reply after verifying it from your email id. So it is normal :)

Certain E-mail domains auto-block E-mails from some servers. Try looking into your SPAM folder. Perhaps it’s just taking a delay, wait for an hour, two, or maybe a day. Alternatively, if you wish, try registering another address at another domain and trying here again.

I’m not being clear…
I am clicking ‘verify email’.
I am not receiving any email.
I run my own email server and it is not catching the email as spam.

Hey @Pinkrat , I just checked the account section and got a few questions !!
1. After you click verify email , what happens ??
2. Are you redirected to your email id ?
One more thing , check your email id for any message from HackThis !!

No messages from HackThis.

I can see the emails in our email queue and they all say they have been sent successfully. Are you receiving notifications about forum replies?

what email do you use? I think every email has a spam folder of some sort

I use apple mail, no spam folder or reporting is set up. I run the email server myself and nothing is caught there.

Are you verifying the email as part of the medal “To-Do”? Or seeing if it actually send to your own email?

Okay if you just want to get rid of it, make a fake email using gmail or something, you can change your email from the edit profile option and change it back after verification
