VPN's - Whats your favorite?

Last year I went on a bit of a media binge and I bought into the one year of IP Vanish. I was happy with the service but since I have maxed out my external hard drive and have yet to buy another I didn’t continue the service.

I am again interested in a service as my curiosity for security grows. I’m balling on a budget so I’m looking for inexpensive however, I don’t want to sacrifice the quality of security.

Thoughts?
