Maybe a hacker is I’m your computer restricting your access to a few websites..

I had this few years ago when my knowledge with computers were minimal

I couldn’t visit,
McAffee.com
Norton (Security)
MsN.
Microsoft.us

A bunch of websites that were critical for my needs.
: Some malware and blocking software edit your host files and add a website’s address to prevent you from visiting that website. In such a scenario, you can edit your host file with Notepad by visiting C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc if C is your system drive and remove that website. In Windows Vista and Windows 7, a warning from UAC might be displayed while editing your host files.

If you know some facebook id, and want to hack it, doesn’t mean that it is ethical hacking.
For ethical hacking you need a (written) permission from the site/server/service owner, in this case Facebook.

and getting id is not hard u can go here graph.facebook.com/usernameofanyone and it will give u info about the person like ID first name last name

@HUNON maybe you should have tried a proxy or a VPN to override your ISP’s/Government’s crappy firewall. Maybe just the antivirus as well. Try de-activating the antivirus or customize it to allow it to work with those sites. – A l'il bit of tweakin' ne'er hurt anynone.
