Yeah I konw he asked me how I got here, it took me only a minute, I tried to add emotes first then I told myself : “ok, let’s try to replace emotes with a word” and I got here x)
But if you don’t notice the trick it can take hours I guess

PS: I tried to get here when I was reading the topic about DIDIx13’s 1000th message XD

For context on the new site:

Previously special chars were not included in the URL and all trailing dashes were removed: https://github.com/HackThis/hackthis.co.uk/blob/master/files/class.utils.php#L102

However, when parsing the URL, it still expected a dash. If it was not there, the thead was not recognised. Simply adding a ‘-’ after the thread id solves the issue and gave you access to this thread.
