I clicked the challenge and then I immediately got the notification I passed.
Same, maybe it was the intermediate level 5 (IIRC) and it just needed an update.
That is of course a possibility but even then it is a bug ;) since the rest was already marked as completed and didn’t need a click

Warmup XSS i just click on it and get a passed is that normal
