Hi, I am new here and and enjoying it so far.

My problem is on intro 9 I have guessed I need to redirect the emails, Im not looking for the answer but can someone show me some recourses that will put me on the right path, either here or private message.

Read carefully the source code and think about what you could do with it in order to complete the level. No need to say more, there already are enough hints about it in forum thread. Good luck!
