Matrix authentification

I wanted to join the Matrix rooms through Riot.im web client, but I got an error (incorrect password).

I setup the homeserver to https://defendtheweb.co.uk, enter my credentials, and get this error.
Since I use a password manager, I’m pretty sure the login and passwords are ok.
I also tried to log out and log in again DtW using those same credentials, it’s valid.

My password is a 30-characters random ascii string, does it matter?

Try providing your username in lowercase.
