New Challenge: Blink

What if we had a challenge with a hardware theme? For example, a challenge in which a user submits verification that they can make an LED blink on a certain pattern, or something of the like. I’m not yet sure how to verify this, but I’m sure it could be done in some fashion.

I really have no idea how you could verify that…
The closet thing I can think of would be to have users send some arduino code that would be check with a simulator or something like that. But it’s more like a coding level then.
