Dedicated IP

I’m not sure what you mean, are you thinking about actually buying an IP address? Or maybe a VPN service advertising a dedicated IP?
Both cases are not adapted to what you are trying to do anyway.
Buying an IP is not somthing you can/want to do unless you are a company with enough resources to actually use set it up and administer it. And I’m pretty sure it’s really expensive, especially IPv4. Read up about networking, you will understand why you are better off renting an IP from your ISP.
If you are talking about a VPN, it’s not a solution either, most plans will include an outgoing connection, but no connections between you devices on the VPN.
And all of this depends on how your software actully works.

I have already talked with my ISP and its Dedicated IP only works at my home not on the other places, Plus its a little bit costly however I was searching for the same query throughout the week on different Platforms thats why I discussed about the VPN that they offer a dedicated IP and as compared with the ISP it is also very much cheap,
The only reason i needed it was to access my office softwares remotely and it helped me.
