Following/Followers count is incorrect

Even tho I have 34 Following and ~130 Followers, on my profile it shows

Following
133
Followers
137

Anyone checked if their numbers are correct?
Is this because HT!! was on friendship relation and not Follow/Follow Back ?
Is this because some users were deleted or hasn’t connected back from the migration?
Where are all those users? They doesn’t show up in Manage Followers
